- Mold Bases & Cavities: Two interlocking steel halves form a hollow cavity matching your part’s exact shape.
- Multi-Cavity Designs: Molds with side-by-side cavities can be engineered to produce several parts in one injection cycle.
- Durable Construction: Premium steel alloys, CNC milling and electrical discharge (EDM) are used to carve out the exact mold geometry. Each cavity is then hand-polished for smooth release and longer mold life.
